 Fair. Honest. Affordable.
We've scoured local stores, big business retail chains, and various internet competitor sites to discover
that the "going rates" are, at times, outrageously excessive. It's an old cliché, but the adage about providing the best quality for the best possible price is, regrettably, not always observed.

As depicted in the chart, our normal hourly rate is $50.00/hr or $40.00/hr for the X-Help service. The minimum
charge for onsite help is $25.00, or 30 minutes of service, even if the problem is solved under that time. The
minimum charge for X-Help is $20.00, or 30 minutes of service. After that, charges are incurred for each
additional 15 minute increment, or $12.50 for onsite service and $10.00 for X-Help service. Flat rate charges
for special services, such as home network installations, are not contingent on labor time. Travel time
will not be billed if you live within a 10 mile radius of the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. To
approximate the distance, enter your address in the handy Mapquest® tool to the left. Destinations
outside this boundary will be billed a travel fee based on the following table.
